A leading not-for-profit insurance company was undertaking a critical modernisation of their core insurance platform. The technical complexity was significant: migrating legacy systems while maintaining business continuity for active policies and claims processing.
The organisation faced a critical capability gap in quality assurance. Success required more than simply adding testers to the programme. They needed a complete QA capability that could operate across backend systems, database integrity, and API integration - all whilst embedding modern automation practices into their delivery model. The team needed to work seamlessly within Agile squads, elevate QA maturity across the programme, and deliver at the pace required by their modernisation timeline.
In this model we left behind a number of our contractors as permanent staff to ensure transition of IP.
